The parent portal system in Sapphire will allow you to have access to your child’s grades, attendance and discipline reports. To register with the school for access to all of your children’s information, please follow these steps: Click on the Sapphire tab on the Mid Valley Home Page.  Click on the Parent Portal tab. On the Welcome Screen click on the community portal application and acceptable use policy

When instructed to enter a keyword, enter DOT in the box. Please read the agreement, and if you agree check "yes." Please fill out the agreement, save a copy, and return a signed copy to the guidance office.  A username, password and PIN will be assigned.
